That will be one heck of a housing estate !
Off the top of my head, a population of between 30 and 40 thousand, schools, doctors surgeries, William Harvey Hospital won't cope, and if , as I would guess there will be a large number of commuters to London, the railway could go into meltdown. Naturally, all the politicians and planners involved will have taken this into consideration and there will be no problems whatsoever.

Schools and GP surgeries are in the plans hopefully they will upgrade the William Harvey. The M20 will have to deal with more traffic and it just seems sad that more rural land is to be lost although the CPRE might have a say yet.

I've said it before.
I'll say it again.
More breeding boxes for London over-spill.
(the 'local' population are not even replicating themselves, in spite of the valiant efforts of single mothers especially in Tower Hamlets , Town and Pier and St. Radigunds)

Likely to be too expensive for overspill. It's quite likely that many, if not most, would be bought by 'locals' trading up.
