I am with this surgery and in no way would I recommend them to anyone.
although nearly 80 I had o contact from them prior, during or until a long time after the covid lockdown for blood tests and blood pressure checks which were supposed to be done every six months. I even had to arrange all my covid vaccinations myself with no contact or help from them.
At the end of January I nearly died with Pneumonia and Sepsis. After my release from hospital Pencester even ignored the hospital consultant's request for vital follow- up blood tests etc until after a month I put in an official complaint to the practice manager.
