No, I din't see it Jan, we were enjoying ourselves at Blakes quiz night, but I did record it, so will watch it as soon as I can.
Might save a lot of effort, but all the diabetic nurses and specialist nurses I see, say walking for around an hour a day will help with Blood-Pressure, the heart, weight-loss and blood-sugar, not sure if 3 minutes a week can do all that, but I will look at it.
Back to talking rubbish (no change there then ?).
