    Ah no Sue..its the Castle. I saw in one post that you requested it be flown from the Town Hall but I dont know anything further with that one. The flag flying in the pic shown is larger than usual and in the picture its blowing a direction thats not too usual either this time of year..wind coming from the North East I would say.
