Well, yes. I have spent too much of this day searching for your Friday the 13th part one.
It is, as predicted, a pleasant sunny and crisp morning.

I did spend much of the early a.m. pondering prop-shaft vibration. Thanks to a post on this page I saw before I retired for the night. I had half-designed a whole new propulsion system...then I dropped-off.

I usually find Friday 13th quite lucky. Sadly I learned of the death of a former colleague this morning, but I've just been offered a magazine story, the proof copy of my new book has arrived and it's even better than I expected and I've been given a permanent photography slot on an American magazine. So Friday 13th part 2 has been very good for me.

I had a motorcycle crash one time on friday the 13th. I went bouncing down the road after being hit by an eejit in a car...bouncing along I went...with gangling legs and arms all akimbo. It felt like it was happening in slow motion...to the sound of the 1812 overture. All crashing symbols and pounding drums.
I spent today indoors!!

The fuss over Friday the 13th always makes me laugh, just the same as any other day but we make note of when bad things happen.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

My friend who helps with the house cleaning told me today (Fri 13th) that it was on a Friday 13th that her father accidentally lost his hand in a circular saw accident. Oh dear!
Yes, Jan, it is a lot of fuss until something happens to you on Fri 13th.
(I was born on the 13th but not a Friday!) (I 'work hard for a living')

I had a weird experience this morning.I was walking through Market Square and spotted a small man with grey hair chatting to a lady over by the newsagents ....................

There's always a little truth behind every "Just kidding", a little emotion behind every "I don't care" and a little pain behind every "I'm ok".
Well today i had yet more blood tests 3 in 24 hrs! and got told im having a big bubba the consultant laughed saying he could deliver a 12lb one , i wasnt amused .......

Don't worry Mel, I weighed 13 lbs when I was born and that was way before gas and air etc! Don't know how she did it really
More recently my Paul was 11lbs and no harder to deliver than my other three before him - just quicker ! You'll be ok - trust me
