    thats why i did reply to your post with my view some agreement, some not
    thats what the forums about differing opinions

    to return to your last post another reply ;

    1; so maybe rather than council workers you would like it to be all public sector
    workers
    2; with regard to agreements not so keen on ripping them up and not to many
    posters would be i presume(a few will)
    but excessive pay, yer with you on that part

    3; with regard to private landlords, yep many been ripping off peop;le
    from all walks of life for some time
