  1; council workers like any other get sickness benefit, not sure why you just pick
  on one section of the community, maybe look at the issue all over
  
  They get full pay from day 1 ,its well documented public sector worker have more sick days than workers that do not.
  
  You asked me what cuts ,rip up the agreements, the important thing is to get the council tax down. We need big sackings and not utopian working practises. You should not dismiss the ideas of blue labour so easy ,try to listen to the tax's payers that are struggling paying for all this mess
