  Cut sickness benefit to counsel workers to stop the abuse ,cut privet health services to these workers ,let them set up there pension schemes non taxpayer funded .
  Only pay for the hours worked, no salary
  Employ workers direct cut out the agencies, contractor and consultants.

  Bring in a chop man to cut at the top
  
  Slash the housing benefit bill.

  I will give you one example, if a worker saves up to do a training course to better him self ,why must he be required to renew that training course every 3 or 5 years in order to keep the training canters going.
