    Incorrect - this is what the likes of Motis and Stop 24 do for a living.

    Motis is a commercial organisation with no statutory responsibility for ensuring national standards are met. There is no compulsion for any incoming freight to go though their books. And what about Immingham or Portsmouth or Felixstowe?

    Let's not be silly for the sake of an argument. Try and address the facts.
