    In the spirit of being as objective as possible, you could argue that for all the losses from Brexit, one positive would have been decent jobs in Dover (as mentioned earlier) as a result of the new checks requirements. It now looks like they will never be implemented - so that won't happen. It could be that the Brexit legacy for Dover is long traffic queues as a matter of routine, and absolutely nothing else. That's not good.
