  Yes. We had mechanisms for dealing with those sort of issues. They were called the Single Market and Customs Union. Thatcher (remember her?) regarded membership of the single market and the development of the channel tunnel as her two greatest achievements.
  
  The came along the hard Brexit charlatans with their 'easiest deal ever'.
  
  Maybe you should give up. As for your bottom line, well you got that one right at least.
