    It’s difficult to engage with the process when there is a lot of information that has not been forthcoming from the DfT despite the claims of wishing to be open and transparent. However much people oppose this development it will only be through a robust legal challenge that it will be halted. Guston PC and various parties are requesting a range of documentation to show that the requirements of the SDO are being fully addressed - these need to be disclosed before the SDO can be approved.
