  starting on wednesday may 11th at dover leisure centre is a course designed mainly for 7 to 13 year olds to get them to enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
  
  the course runs on monday and wednesday of each week between the hours of 4.p.m. and 6 p.m.
  
  the catchy title is mend (mind, exercise, nutrition, do it) and is run by kent community n.h.s. trust. and is designed to encourage our chlildren to exercise more and eat boring(sorry nutritious) food,
  
  each course is worth £.400 and is free to the first 12 applicants, there are 250 schemes nationwide.

  They only have to advertise it as, "Chips free!"
  
  Then the clients will come rolling in.

  My son took part in this 2 years ago, really enjoyed it. Parents need to attend too as it is vital they are on board with it. We thought it was really good, and have been invited to a reunion coming soon to get together with the other families who took part. I can highly recommend it.
