    Take it from me it does not. Many feel in Dover that this time it will take off.
    When down at the show last weekend at the Western end of the port all that I talked to was saying at last something is about to happen, as I said the election has come at the wrong time,we are where we are and have to live with it the last thing we want to see is any major change at D,D.C. if that does happen it could put it back a year or even more .
    The cllrs and officers there now know who they are dealing with and the companys any new faces could upset the balance it is moving at this time.
