  Heike this resident is a very clean person, also disabled, the smell is not good for her, she does not encourage them, her refuse is shut in a large plastic storage unit until refuse day, then put out just as dustmen are coming down road, so she is not encouraging them, also she has two very expensive little dogs that cannot go out into the garden, she has to keep her curtains closed as the dogs go mad when they see the foxes in the garden, they are pests, cute but still pests.
