  Jon was sent an email this afternoon. I received a call from a committee member this evening who you had contacted. I instructed them to give you my phone number if you felt it necessary to contact me.
  
  For your information this is not a separate part of the site, I'd be happy to learn of any risk assessments that have been carried out, and by whom and where they've been sent.
  
  I only mentioned the facts on here once I'd learned of the decision. Having seen the interest from people wishing to partake in the tour I believed it best to say something.
