    Surprised no one has commented on this thread .Some posts on this forum are just rehashed arguments and at times dribble or hogwash
    A few years ago Bob was very well known .I shall always remember working with him .In the Council chamber he sat near Roy Towe a councillor from Deal. Roy was a former Mayor of Deal.
