  Of course, the rich getting richer(no, nothing to do with elite pigs thread lol)
  but it does affect clubs like Dover.
  
  Recently a decision made to reduce the amounts to winning clubs in the earlier rounds of the FA cup
  for some this helps clubs like Dover to survive, or progress
