having problems with the bin persons not emptying my slops bucket, usually on alternate weeks.
i ring up at the end of the day. they apologise and it is collected the following working day.
heard from someone this very morning that their's had been missed for the last 4 weeks.

Same has happened with us since the new system of collecting food waste separately started - it seems it's due to an operator walking in front of the lorry combining bins and the lorry operators assume yours is one that has already been combined when it hasn't been.

This has happened to us several times, today all went well, but there is always next time.......

ray is right i now remember the announcement of the change in the system, always takes time to bed in .

Are you sure your food waste bin is out early enough, ours gets collected around 7.30am but the rest gets taken around lunch time.
