I will get myself down to the Discovery Centre for my fridge thermometer, as after watching 'Watchdog' a couple of weeks ago it stressed that 'certain' marques of fridges actually cook the food inside the fridge when the 'state of the art' - 'American style' outside thermometer tells you it's fine (I'm glad we didn't get one)
. Seriously cross-contamination is rife, especially in the home kitchen, I must ask Hodges to have a word with Mrs Bridge's the next time that I pass the door to them that works downstairs
