    I think we all agree that the fuel allowance should be stoped if you go out of the UK to live overseas ,but in the UK the pensioners do not get many so called perks,and are even geting less by the year,I lived and worked in Germany and France and found out they look after their old alot better then we do,if you are over 65 you can anywhere on a bus or train for nothing and do not need apass to show,I can only talk about what it was like some years ag when I was out there it might not be the same today. But there still looked after better and treated better as well by all members of the public and I am sorry to say it does not happen in all cases in the UK. Mr Whysman thank you for making your post more clear.And if you pay your TV licence all your working life like us old ones I think you have paid your share by the time you a 75years old and agree after that it should be free. as you get older and alot of us are not fit like we one was mainly because of the hard work we done in our 55+working lifes the Tv for lot is the only thing that they can look forward to even that most that is on we have seen a 100times before.
