    Surely those who 'enjoy' smoking and drinking are doing their bit thereby to reduce the deficit and fund the lowering of the upper tax rate?
    As far as the Large-Screen TV thing goes you do have a point there Jim. (If only such things were British made?)
    It is past time that we had a 'low-income' disclaimer on many of the goods and services advertised, perhaps...
