    let's have a recap here.

    we know that the next time the fountain breaks down it will not be repaired.

    the new water feature will be a small one and be completed soon after the last cruise ship has called.

    there will be no hanging baskets this year and planters will not be filled until june.

    the likelihood is that the fountain will break down again meaning that the town will have little left to celebrate the jubilee and the olympics.

    still no sign of the bus service coming into being.

    not looking very good.
