    Unfortunately it is mainly people like those you mention and the others who we have had to legally accept because of unwanted EU laws that cause all this rubbish. We have to suffer as these people seem determined to ignore all requests from DDC not to carry on creating these overflowing rubbish eyesores.

    The only remedy as I see it is to provide official and regular extra bin collections from these troublesome properties in Folkestone Road.
