  Africa, China, India, Pakistan are not in the EU.......they appear to be in Leeds so they are getting the benefit of the EU there.
  
  Dover has much rubbish I see but there are many people I see each day who look but do nothing except images could help to clean up. Much help in Calais waiting to do do this job but not allowed in.
