    I'm not sure if the accummulation of rubbish has come about since the wheelie bins were introduced, or since those people moved in Jan.

    Most if not all, of the properties have "foreigners" living there and I'm sure they do know what they should be doing. As far as I am aware, they have been notified and so have the landlords, so there's no excuse.

    Legal action is now being taken Jan. It'll be interesting to see if or how they pay their fines - out of their benefit payments ?
