Folkestone racecourse - can you walk around it?

  I guess Folkestone is kind of near Dover - I'm thinking of going to the racecourse to check it out - can you get into it and are the stands still there? (I know it's closed down) - just something I need to do

  yes the stands are still there and you can walk around it, though not sure if you're supposed to
