  a regular sight there on a sunday, this is just one example earlier. it is a busy shopping day there but the bins are left to overflow.

  On the subject of bins, ours were collected this morning we had 2 half full sacks on the top of the bin, could have forced them in but the top would have been up. Bin collector places both bags on the ground and heads towards the truck, en route taking 2 black bags from next doors bin and putting them in our bin, he returned our bin with a notice in re not collecting black sacks! Oh well will go out later via the tip

  thankfully they will collect anything round my way, colour and type of bags being immaterial.

  Or do what my next door neighbours do - They put no rubbish out for the binmen. Instead they put all their rubbish in carrier bags and put in the public street bins (they are nutters)

  Karlos, I had an Aunt that would do that, she put her leftover kipper bits in a lamp-post bin... to give the local cats something to do?
