    Interesting reading Ray .DDC have a list as to when the union flag is flown..The flags at DDC offices are raised at dawn and lowered at dusk by a caretaker.Flags get very worn and in high winds get damaged.The flagpole at the Town Hall which was damaged last year cost. a tidy sum to be replaced.
