Really its all a problem,
I was recently contacted by a cllr in the ward wanting to do a clean up in the ward and wanting me to contribute towards it.
The problem here is, that having organised these clean ups myself over the years we had a lorry parked all day in an area for people to bring there rubbish to, lorry loads collected but the next day people dumped again in the same areas expecting someone else to move it.
So it is a dilemma really as to what is the best way forward.
Of course the restrictions on business's wlll result in dumping but every decision will create issues elsewhere.
