about a year ago i posted pictures of this site in malvern road.
the problem has got worse since with fencing broken and access freely available for the anti social to just walk in and dump stuff and for children to play amongst all the rubbish.
every so often a planning notice goes up but nothing ever ensues.
what is stopping our council taking the owners of the site to court?
