Both my wife and my self have been having the flue jab from day one ,and that I can tell you that you should have it ,yes for some there will be side effects but they will only in most case,s just last a day or two, but just think how you feel when you get flue and how long that lasts for ,The jab does not stop you getting flue in most case,s it helps you get over it in a few days, making you feel better then if you did not take it.It also helps with other winter things ie a cold.for the older person like my self who is 73 by having the flue each year it builds up your body to fight it off each year.
So that is the advice I am giving out,no I am not a Dr and what I am saying is what and how both my wife and I feel .We both have ours on Thursday of this week and will not miss it.And for members of the public without a spleen like my wife and other members of the family it is a must.If our son had it at the time he might still be with us today and he did not have a spleen, both my wife and myself started up the kent Splenectomy and run it for many years working with Drs and trying to get members of the public to take the jabs that were needed to stop infection my fact sheets are still around and you can also get one from myself. But my advice is to have it 1oo%. thank you.
