  Dover District Councillors on planning and scutiny committees made many statements during the debates on the suitability
  
  of Masion Dieu Road site for our Hospital.
  
  eg,``All we have to do is clear the drains``and ``I have walked that area for many years and have never seen a puddle two
  
  inches deep``...when evidence existed and was on the Dover District Council web site that the area had been covered in two
  
  `feet` of water and officers had evidence the site was on a ``Flood Plain``
  
  Councillors make such outrageous staements,without knowledge of a subject and on this ocassion the officers did not correct
  
  the committees......and Council policies are determined from these committees!!!!!!
