    There is - as with any deviant behaviour, however mild, there is evidence that it escalates to meet the increasing need for whatever it feeds in the first place. Like with peeping toms who go on to commit rape and the bunny-stranglers who kill people in the end. Have met quite a few who followed predictable paths.
