    It could, though the 'Marsh' is a bit of a misnomer. They love alkaline soils and just need a dampish bit of ground. It could also be the heath fragrant orchid or chalk fragrant orchid, even the experts can't agree on all the specifics. But they were all considered as subspecies of the same variety until fairly recently, when they were recognised as individual species in their own right.
