    There is a question I would like answered.Why now has this argument been raised.For years and years when services are held at the War Memorial the flag has been flown from the Town Hall.
    There is a list to direct the Dover District Council as to when it should be raised.If it's flown all the time the significance of the flag is lost.
    Will we expect all our Parishes to fly a flag At their memorials.
