    Yes - but Keith has not explained his opinion and simply gone off on one. I am giving him the benefit of the doubt here and would like to discuss his specific objections. I have seen good and bad flexible working. This article is not necessarily the whole picture and it depends on what safeguards etc are in place for the employer. Keith may know more and the article after all.
