  Flexible working is a good idea for some for others it will be an impossibility because of the job they do. Why should routine paperwork for example not be done at the home desk for instance, much better than spending an hour or so travelling to sit at an office desk doing what could have been done at home.
  
  So long as the work is done when in the day or where does not always matter.
