Unless we know the details there is every chance the group shown could be a household group on a day out to "exercise".
As for the other photos they seemed to be reasonably respectful of personal space/distancing.
We need to stop sheepishly following the erratic advice of the authorities who seem to make it up as they go along and start engaging our critical faculties

Gosh, beaches packed overnight, I didn’t realize that skinny dipping was so popular so early in the year?
I’m nipping down to Shakespeare beach tonight then with my night vision glasses just so that I can report them to the authorities.........and have a good look at the same time!

People are not stupid. It will be a very long time until Joe Bloggs gets a vaccine shot and most won't risk it anyway. So we all need to catch it and the govt knows this so go forth and multiply with people because the sooner you get it the sooner you can get on with your life, as long as you are one of the survivors
