Apparently the building was full of stuff owned by the man who had the junk shop opposite Icelands. I just copied the following from FB, put it this way maybe a very convenient fire....
"The last day for everything to removed from that land (by orders of the landlord) was today July 10th. Posters have been on the gates for a couple of weeks."
