    Sorry Jan but in response to the resident association leader on the news this, morning "the lack of visible help from the council, well 2 days ago they had already housed 77 families (latest figure unavailable) it is estimated the tower held 600 residents in 120 2 bed flats, thats over half of the residents already given temporary accommodation, sadly not counting those who have perished that's pretty reasonable for only the day after. Also it should be noted that many of the flats were privately owned and Thus the council has no obligation to rehouse them.
    Where the 2000 figure comes from who knows maybe they evacuated some of the properties around the tower, if so they will be able to go home soon and have not lost anything.

    My point Is too many people are reporting and quoting the rubbish they read on social media and not bothering to check for themselves eg: that resident association leader is either lying or too lazy to check facts.
