    we do have double yellows in belgrave road roger, but the illegal parking i have seen is not in this ward unless you count the folkestone road.

    the wardens rarely venture up here so nothing will be done about the bad parking that stops the flow of traffic.

    i have been on the 68 bus twice when the driver has informed the p.c.s.o. that he cannot negotiate certain roads on the route because his path is blocked, each time the p.c.s.o informs his superiors but nothing is done about it.

    as i have said before the only time i have seen wardens around here is on a sunday morning when there is no bus or delivery vehicles.
