Filming in Dover Today. Don`t Tombstone.

  Just strolling around again when I happened upon this filming session going on early this afternoon. On enquiring, I found out that a documentary film was being made about the danger`s of `Tombstoning`, and all the emergency service`s were there taking part. The film is to be shown in school`s around the area. Tongue in cheek, would be nice to know if some of the picture`s on the forum this year had been noticed in high places. I`m assuming this must be a problem judging by the expense of this exercise?

  Thanks Bern, always something happening in town. Yes, that does look scary, and as I mentioned on another thread, the two lads tied a rope to the bike, then hauled it up after each performance.

  used to see it regularly in past summers from the dossers shelter opposite the gateway flats.

  Yes Colin the forum is indeed seen in High places, a few examples are, Peter Whittlesea of the BBC posted on the Home Page recently, Kate Garraway from GMTV also interviewed us and posted same. Even David Cameron got our contact details from the Forum and contacted us by phone
  
  While I was away working in Manchester during the conferences I was approached by the Daybreak team, Political Journalist Andrew Marr and also the Daily Mirror Political Correspondent James Lyons.
  
  Our Marketing Guru Colette who has been unwell for the past few weeks has avidly worked hard putting Doverforum into the forefront of TV and Press, hopefully she will be back fighting fit soon to continue her good work
