According to todays press it would appear that the LibDems have lost 7 out of 10 of the young voters. A lost generation the press are calling it.
Another disgruntled LibDem MP Adrian Sanders turned on his leader Nick Clegg and called him 'opportunistic careerist' and said the party's image had been 'irrevocably damaged'.
Lib Dem supporters on the right, as well as left, are turning elsewhere. Of those 4.7 million abandoning the party, 2million said they would now vote Labour, 1.3million are undecided while the rest are refusing to vote or defecting to other parties
If Cleggs own party MP's don't appear to be backing Clegg how the hell does he expect the electorates to have confidence in them or him.
