It would not be a good time to have any illness so feel sorry for anyone who had dental difficulties. Have experienced similar misery in the past and of course it can be really bad. Paracetemol is bugger all use in cases of severe pain.
I think the best thing to do is get along to Boots and ask to see a pharmacist if all other options are not available. They may be able to suggest something. Some codeine related product is your best bet...Solpadeine have a special one that was recommended to me by a pharmacist..its the one that contains Codeine, there are some Solpadeines that dont. The one with Codeine has a red pack and is not out on display but behind the counter. You cant take for more than 3 days because Codeine is addictive.
I did get some good help from Dentaline in the past. Was grateful they were there late night on a couple of occasions in the past year.
