Howard, what have I told you about environmentalism? It's destroying everything. From absurd policies to deal with so called global warming to this latest fiasco which could lead to many, many job losses.
Strange how the local labour party seem oblivious to this news given the seriousness of this mess. One would expect the local candidate to start up some sort of hashtag campaign on twitter at the very least. #cameronmustgo, #savethenhs and my favourite #freezethosebills or some such nonsense.
No doubt somehow labour will blame the tories for all this who are too conspicuous by their absence on the subject.

I hope the fares do not increase too many as it is used a lot.

I am incline to agree with Philip on this one. ferries do emit stuff into the atmosphere but in the grand scheme of things a piffling amount compared to the newly industrialised countries like India and China. Doubtless ferries around the world will be told to comply but doubt that anyone in South Asia will take much notice.
