Less about feeling good about Dover, more about making yourself feel good about yourself (not sure if that's good English).
I have joined the Leisure Centre and enrolled in the Active For Life exercises - walking there and back.
These are a mixture of aerobics for easing joint movements (or just maintaining and strengthening them) and a circuit of various pieces of equipment to strengthen your arms and legs.
Admittedly it is mainly (but not excusively) for older people and some of them are very fit indeed. anyone who feels they need a bit of formal exercise can join in and it's only £2 odd a visit, so well worth it - and there are 3 times a week you can go:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
