  While its a shame to see more countryside built over, this looks like a well thought out developement with schools, medical facilities and shops included rather than burdening our already struggling services, and the addition of a bio-diversity park is the right thing for all developments like this, I don't see anything of the like in farthingloe, Whitfield or connaught development. Perhaps we have the wrong people making the decisions?
