  sue as I see it it was a brown field site of sorts.the hut accomadation was put on a certain kind of building block,in whitch are now over grown with grass and managed by the land owner who ever that may be.to satete further more that its returning back to what it was.
  
  as for kids going to school there are already 3 double deck bus fulls that pass there every morning and every afternoon,coming from and going towards Folkestone.
