Completely separate from the proposed CGI development but I noticed that developers have begun work clearing the land to the north/west side of the main road this morning. An enormous JCB was shovelling out huge lumps of earth presumably to make a proper access point to the site.
This land was sold at auction a few months back with planning permission for about 50 houses. Whether the established path through the woods which leads into the rear of Little Farthingloe Farm will be impacted , I just don't know. It'll be interesting to see how the final development looks.
